ARTICLE 1 – PREAMBULE
1.1 – These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively between SOFT SECURITY IT SOLUTIONS, SAMA TOWER AJMAN APT 904, United Arab Emirates, and any person or entity placing an order with SOFT SECURITY IT SOLUTIONS.
1.2 – As these General Conditions of Sale may be subject to change, the applicable conditions are those in force on the site at the time of placing your order.
ARTICLE 2 – PRICE
2.1 – The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT of 20%) excluding participation in the processing and shipping costs. (See article 5, «payment and delivery»)
2.2 – SOFT SECURITY IT SOLUTIONS reserves the right to change its prices at any time, applicable prices will be charged on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order registration.
2.3 – The products remain the property of SOFT SECURITY IT SOLUTIONS until they are paid in full.
ARTICLE 3 – ORDER
3.1 – Orders can be made by email from the information provided on the website soft-security.com.
SOFT SECURITY IT SOLUTIONS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there may be a dispute relating to a previous order.
3.2 – By placing an order with SOFT SECURITY IT SOLUTIONS, you declare that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions of sale. The validation of your order therefore constitutes acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
ARTICLE 4 – AVAILABILITY
Our product and software offers are offered within the limits of available stocks. Our offers are valid subject to availability of products from our suppliers. In this context, information on the availability of products can be provided upon request before or after placing your order.
In the exceptional case of an error or a modification of the conditions of the order, AL SAADI EDUCATION will inform you by email or mail as soon as possible. You will then have the
choice between a full refund of the sums paid or delivery in replacement of an article of equivalent quality and price.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
5.1 – SOFT SECURITY IT SOLUTIONS offers the following payment methods:
– By credit card
– By open bank Transfer (Volt)
The various payment methods available will be specified to you at the time of your order.
5.2 – The products are delivered to the delivery address you have indicated to us during the ordering
process.
5.3 – Processing and shipping costs are related to the delivery address and type of items ordered.
They will be communicated to you on request from you before your purchase or automatically when you order.
5.4 – Any delivery outside the European Union may be subject to any taxes and customs duties imposed when the package reaches its destination. Any such taxes and customs duties relating to the delivery of an article shall be borne by the buyer and shall be his responsibility. AL SAADI EDUCATION is not required to verify and inform you of applicable duties and taxes. To find
out, we advise you to contact the competent authorities of your country.
ARTICLE 6 – REPAYMENT
The reimbursement of the products in the hypotheses referred to in Articles 7 and 8 shall be affected within 15 days of receipt of the products by us. The refund will be made on behalf of the customer who placed the order and at the billing address. No COD shipments will be accepted for any reason.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF RETRACTION
7.1 – The right of return may not be exercised for computer software or for services whose performance has begun, with the agreement of the client.
The right of return does not apply to software installed by SOFT SECURITY IT SOLUTIONS once they have been activated (as is the case with the installation and activation of an Antivirus license and the support and maintenance work of computers).
ARTICLE 8 – GUARANTEE AND LIABILITY
8.1 – Contractual warranty, in order to know the steps to follow regarding the after-sales service for any problem or failure on a product you can contact the Customer Service at the following email address:administration@soft-security.com with invoice references, in order to benefit from the product guarantee,
8.2 – SOFT SECURITY IT SOLUTIONS shall not be held liable for the non-performance of the contract entered into, due to the occurrence of a force majeure event and in particular in the event of a total or partial strike by the postal services, carriers, and disasters due to floods, fires or natural causes. With respect to products purchased to satisfy professional needs, AL SAADI EDUCATION will not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from loss of operations, loss of profit, damage or any other expenses, which may arise. The choice and purchase of a product or service is
the sole responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 9: Applicable law and jurisdiction
These general conditions of sale are subject to English law and the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. All disputes relating to the commercial relationship between you and SOFT SECURITY IT SOLUTIONS are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Certain products such as software are subject to personal and specific rights of use regulating copies, public distribution, rental. You must comply with the terms and conditions of sale of these products, and SOFT SECURITY IT SOLUTIONS cannot be responsible for the uses that may be made of the products in this context.
